Emerson de Pieri	Founder Emerson is a Lawyer, graduated at FMU (United Metropolitan College), with Master in Business Administration at McGill University (Canada). He worked in institutions like Banco Nacional, Crédit Lyonnais, Siemens & as Vice-President for Latin America, Private Banking Division at Merrill Lynch and JFE Hottinger & Co. He also has international experience working in cities around the globe. Emerson de Pieri was responsible for the family company named Pieri Brasil International (www.pieribrasil.com), he is also the Founder of Brazil Business Friends (www.bbfnet.org), member of The International Private Bankers Association and President (Licensed) of The Latin Bankers Association (www.latinbankers.com)
Ana Cláudia Bacellar	Counselor Ana Cláudia Bacellar is Manager of Market Research at Brasil Telecom SA, responsible for conducting and analyzing all market research related to the company and its affiliates.  She has been a member of the Research Committee at the Brazilian Association of Advertisers (Associação Brasileira de Anunciantes - ABA) since March of 2003 and is also a columnist of the Telco and IT Portal www.aliceramos.com, where she is the author of the column entitled "Market Research".  She has a Master's Degree in Project Management from George Washington University (USA) and a specialization in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from Cavendish College (London).  Her Bachelor's Degree is in Business Management from the Catholic College of Brasília (Faculdade Católica de Brasília - PUC).
Luis Soares	Counselor Luis Soares is Business Administrator Graduated at USF (Sao Francisco University) Itatiba (SP), Luis Soares made the best score among all students graduated in Business Administration on 1999 based on National Exam. He is post graduated on Business Administration by FGS-SP, (Getulio Vargas Foundation). He worked for Hunter Douglas, Motorola Industrial and Toyota in Brazil. Currently Luis Soares is working for Casco Products Corporation, as responsible for Logistics for North America operations. He is located in Oxford-MS. He also used to teach at PUC – Campinas (Quality Management) and FAJ (Economy, Finance, Project Management and Logistics applied in Agribusiness). Luis Soares has good experience on ERP implementation, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Toyota Production System. Luis Soares was trained in many Toyota locations – Japan (5 different sites), Thailand, Argentina and Brazil. Also he had chance to appraise Bosch facilities in Spain, Germany and Brazil. He had assessed Delphi sites in Brazil were he delivered training about Lean Manufacturing.
